Fig time again!


We are loving our fig tree again this year...well both of them!

Last year I made lots of fun recipes and decided to try some new ones this year.  Our favorite so far was  an appetizer with our two favorites...cheese and pork:)
I just washed the figs, cut an "X" in the top...
Stuff it with some goat cheese...
Wrap it with bacon (you can secure it with a toothpick if you would like)...
Bake at 350 for 30-45 min.  These were amazing!!  Fruit stuffed with cheese and wrapped in salty pork...how can you go wrong?
