Rajin Cajun
On Friday night we had a few friends over for a Cajun themed dinner. To start off we made Cajun Lemonade!
Here are the ingredients...equal parts Pimm's, Lemonade and vodka (we added a little more lemonade). Add a few dashes of hot sauce and top it off with a splash of lime seltzer and lemon wedge!
We had Cajun Crawfish Dip...sooo good!
We made Cajun Chicken Diane....a remake from a restaurant in Charlotte called Cajun Queen. We used this recipe....we just added rice and two types of Andouille Sausage.
We also had two great veggie cajun flavored sides...
...and Bananas Fosters for dessert! I love a good theme and this one was a huge hit!!!
