Last week was the member/guest golf tournament at our club. Translation...Ryan played golf all week haha! Luckily the weather was hot and beautiful and the kids were so much fun! We went to the pool 4 days straight! The first few days we had the pool pretty much to ourselves since school wasn't out. We would get there when it opened and stay for lunch and shower before heading home for long naps.
I miss school and a schedule, but we were all in need of a lazy summer!
Friday there was an event at night that wives were invited to. Here are the red jackets the winners of the tournament get.
Ryan and I with our guest Abby and Barr. Barr played golf at Wake Forest and Ryan had an absolute blast playing golf with him all week.
All the ladies Friday night. There was BBQ, Moscow mules and live music!
Saturday all the girls went to the adult only pool for a few hours before showering and taking the party bus back to the club for the end of the tournament. Although Ryan and Barr did great they didn't win...but they beat the highest scoring team so thats a plus!
My favorite part is riding in the carts with he guys to watch the playoff/shoot out!
After the tournament was over the guys showered and got dressed up. Then we headed indoors for some amazing food and danced to the band until after midnight! No pics from late night, but my feet and voice hurt the next day which is a true sign of a good time!
