Uno de Mayo

We were up for hosting Supper Club and since it is so close to Cinco de Mayo and Ryan's birthday (who loves Mexican food) we decided to do a Uno de Mayo theme and serve Mexican!

 We have a few rowdy friends who had long weeks so we lined up shot glasses just in case a tequila shot was needed....we finished the bottle!

 I made Jalepeno Grapefruit Margarittas and they were a hit!

 The Edwards were in charge of apps and we could have made a meal of their appetizers!

 While the girls drank margaritas and finished setting up dinner the guys started the fire outside.

 Here is our spread!  Way too much food!

 Main meal was a taco bar with barbacoa, chicken verde and soy chorizo with potato!

 Mexican street corn!

 The most beautiful and tasty salad!

 And all the toppings you could want.

 For dessert Simpson made Mexican brownies and they were delicious.

 Late night tequila shots were a must.

 Another fun supper club in the books!
