We also just had our girls fantasy draft night! I am the defending champion and my secret is auto draft hahahahaha!
On Labor Day Monday we played at the pool where Ellie attempted to dive to the bottom of the deep end (8-10ft) and get a dive stick. I am so proud of this little fish! She did it several times and the staff was so proud of her they gave us M&M's during lunch, which she separated by color before eating of course.
We left the pool to shower and go home for naps while Ryan stayed to play golf. We met up with him later that night for the Labor Day carnival.
There were tons of games and delicious food! This girl can put away some ribs.
One of the staff took this picture of us sitting all enjoying our ice cream.
The next week we jumped back into our Family Friday shenanigans. First up this fall was Lazy 5 Ranch.
The animals were incredible. They are so relaxed and comfortable around humans.
Luckily since it was a Friday morning it was not crowded.
Bobo loved the llamas.
They also fell in love with this baby goat.
I mean these two melt my heart.
Although we were all super excited about the animals at Lazy 5, at one point before our ride through the park Bobo ran up and grabbed Ellie's hand screaming "I have the best surprise for you, follow me!!!" There were 3 huge beautiful horses pulling us around for the hour long ride!!! Ellie was in heaven!
Bobo and I got photo bombed!
Besides the horses, Ellie fell in love with this sweet giraffe.
I still find it hilarious that she is afraid of cats and dogs, but so comfortable with horses and giraffes.
After naps we went to the Greek Festival. Ryan has been coming to this event since he was little and the kids love it too now! They were adventurous and tried all sorts of the food.
They rode all the rides.
The baklava sundae was a hit for sure! The concentration on all three faces and they get the perfect bite!
I love how happy they make each other and the fact that they have each other to experience life with.
We were also able to cram a football game into the weekend. They snoozed on the way to Raleigh.
We had a great time tailgating and grazing on a delicious spread all afternoon.
I had them practice a mad losing face just in case (luckily we didn't need it).
This year I had all sorts of tricks to entertain them in my bag, but they were just so into the game and asking questions about it we didn't need anything else!
Now lets just hope the Pack can pull off enough wins this year to keep them entertained and us to a bowl game!
